Leading effective scrutiny in a political environment is one of the greatest challenges that scrutiny chairs face. This is compounded by the new challenges of external scrutiny of partnerships. Using the Scrutiny Café model, participants will be able to discuss experiences with their peers and develop real solutions to take back to their authorities.
