Delegate Fees - Fees for both Days

If booking for both days then the following rates will apply:

Reduced Rate

Local Authorities, Other Public Sector Organisations: £360 + VAT

Supported Rate

Schools, Voluntary Organisations, Trade Unions: £310 + VAT

Reduced Rate	Local Authorities, Other Public Sector Organisations	£210 + VAT
Supported Rate	Schools, Voluntary Organisations, Trade Unions	£160 + VAT

Officer and Member Development Day Delegate Fees

Officer Development Day

The Officer Development Day costs £175 + VAT

If booked in conjunction with the annual conference a reduced rate of £150 + VAT is available. This means that for a Local Authority Scrutiny Officer or Manager who books before May 6th the total for both days would be £350 + VAT.

Member Leadership Development Day

The Member Leadership Development Day costs £175 + VAT

If booked in conjunction with the annual conference a reduced rate of £150 + VAT is available. This means that for a Local Authority Scrutiny Chair or Vice Chair who books before May 6th the total for both days would be £350 + VAT.

LINks ‘Hosts’ and Members

The Centre for Public Scrutiny and the NHS National Centre for Involvement are continuing their work in supporting the implementation of LINks

As part of this there is a 2 place for the price of 1 offer when a LINks host and member book together (this offer is limited tot he first 75 LINks who apply). This represents a significant saving and enables those involved with LINks to take advantage of the public engagement in health streams and networking opportunities at this year’s CfPS conference. Hosts will normally be able to make use of the voluntary sector rate of £150 + VAT unless they are 'in transition' and the local authority is acting as host in which case the public sector rate will apply.

Terms and Conditions

Please note: All bookings must be made in writing either booking online, faxing the booking form or returning by post. Please ensure your booking contains a purchase order number.

Cancellations: In the event that you need to cancel your place, cancellations must be received in writing either by email or fax. Cancellations received on or after the 4th June will be charged at the full rate. Substitutions can be made at any time, but please inform us in writing with the appropriate details.

Payment: Please note, upon receipt of your booking, we will invoice. Payment can be made by cheque payable to Event-X Ltd. Alternatively, you can pay by BACs. Payment details are on the booking form.
